Lisbon is led by . Her chapter works with some of the biggest names in the remote space, but it started small.

1) Find local partners

June reached out to the Lisbon tech community, startup community, and Tech Jobs Fair to tell them that she was planning to set up a chapter, and ask them if they would help.

2) Set up a Facebook Group

To build the community, June needed a home. She created and added people in as she met them. This is a place where the community can meet each other, she can let them know about events, and find out more information about what they need.

3) Run her first event!

June followed everything in the , found a space who would host her, some speakers, and began to advertise.
