The idea of a Town Taster came from a chat with Deirdre De Bhailís of Dingle hub after the first Grow Remote event in Tralee. There was a great buzz at the event but our question was around how we make that last.
Deirdre noted that when people have remote jobs, they're mostly interested in the human stuff, so how could we make it easier?

Invented by Dingle, duplicated by Abbeyfeale, and implemented smoothly by Valentia, Town Tasters allow people to explore a place by showing them what it's like to live there. Valentia Island have succeeded in two families beginning the move off the back of that event, which for that chapter is the exact goal they wanted to get to - brilliant coverage too from .
